Trump Fills Top Positions With Swamp Creatures
Trump has named Steven Mnuchin as his Treasury Secretary.
So who is Mnuchin, and what does his background tell us about his ideology and what kind of administration Trump is assembling? Today we talk to Michael Krieger of LibertyBlitzkrieg.com about Mnuchin’s career, his Goldman Sachs and Soros ties, and his shady business practices, as well as the other people being appointed to helm the Trump White House.
Trump Picks Goldman President Gary Cohn To Be Chief Economic Advisor

It appears that vampire squids are quite adaptable to living inside the swamp that Trump promised to be draining.
Following the appointment of former Goldman partner Mnuchin as Treasury Secretary, NBC News reports that Goldman Sachs President and COO Gary Cohn has been selected as National Economic Council Director.
Donald Trump has offered Goldman Sachs executive Gary Cohn a key economic post, which would add to the administration another veteran of the powerful firm he bashed during his campaign, sources close to Cohn told NBC News.
As NBC adds, Cohn, Goldman’s president and chief operating officer, has been offered the directorship of the National Economic Council and assistant to the president for economic policy, the sources said. It is unclear if Cohn will accept the post, but he reportedly had discussions late last month about leaving Goldman.
Trump’s Treasury secretary pick Steven Mnuchin and senior advisor Steve Bannon also worked at Goldman Sachs, which Trump repeatedly attacked on the campaign trail. As a reminder, Trump cited Goldman as evidence that corporate and financial interests have influence over politicians and criticized former opponent Ted Cruz for taking a loan from the firm.
Goldman Sachs President, COO Gary Cohn has confirmed President-elect Trump offered him post of National Economic Council Director and assistant to president for economic policy, NBC News said, citing sources.
As in the case of Hank Paulson, the question is whether this appointment enables Cohn to dump his massively overbought $210 million worth of Goldman stock tax-free? If so, Cohn just saved over $80 million on taxes just by becoming officially a part of the US administration, instead of merely running the country from the shadows.
Trump Just Chose Wilbur Ross, a Billionaire Investor and Sr. Managing Director of Rothschild Inc., as Secretary of Commerce

Editor’s Note: It’s still hard to believe anyone is making excuses for how blatantly swampy Trump’s administration is becoming. Drain the swamp? How about mutate the swamp into a putrid lake?

Trump’s commerce secretary will be Wilbur Ross, a billionaire investor who worked as senior managing director of Rothschild Inc.
The Cabinet-level position, which requires Senate confirmation, serves as the government’s chief business advocate. The Commerce secretary is a liaison between companies and the White House. Ross could play a key role in what are expected to be Trump’s signature economic policy issues like trade and jobs.
Increasingly, it looks the Trump signature will be shaped and driven by banksters and guys like Ross who specialize in leveraged and distressed buyouts, making a killing off the Federal Reserve asset rollercoaster.
He also worked as New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s privatization advisor and was a member of the Wall Street secret society Kappa Beta Phi made up of high-ranking financial executives. Robert Rubin, Jon Corzine, and John C. Whitehead, the former head of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Rockefeller confidant, and Goldman Sachs chairman are also members. Ross is the “Grand Swipe” or leader of the group.
It should be noted Ross helped Trump keep his casinos and other properties after the real estate market in New York City bottomed-out. Ross worked for Rothschild at the time.

Trump’s New Deputy National Security Advisor KT McFarland: A Pro-Torture, Anti-Whistleblower Globalist
President-elect Donald Trump recently selected KT McFarland to be Deputy National Security Advisor.
The KT stands for Kathleen Troia. She was a FOX News National Security Analyst and, before that, she served in national security posts in the Nixon, Ford and Reagan administrations.
The National Memo described her as an “Anti-Muslim Putin fan who supports torture.”
While that kind of headline fits right into a liberal leftist agenda, McFarland could more rightly be described as an anti-whistleblower, pro-torture globalist… and that’s in her own words.
Back in 2010, she wrote an article for FOX News titled, “Yes, WikiLeaks Is a Terrorist Organization and the Time to Act Is NOW”.
She was really upset the US government couldn’t keep its secrets. She wrote:
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange isn’t some well-meaning, anti-war protestor leaking documents in hopes of ending an unpopular war. He’s waging cyberwar on the United States and the global world order.
Mr. Assange and his fellow hackers are terrorists and should be prosecuted as such.
Then she urged President Obama to immediately do four things:
1. Declare WikiLeaks a terrorist organization
2. Shut down its website
3. Pull Assange’s passport, and get him extradited back to the US for a military tribunal
AND, on top of all that:
4. Up the charges against Bradley Manning
(Because Pfc. Manning hasn’t already been through enough… And where’s Hillary? Oh, that’s right.)
McFarland also went on national television and defended not just waterboarding, but straight up torture, saying “even if it’s torture, it’s probably worth doing!” She claims (quite wrongly) that torture “works!” more enthusiasm than a high school cheerleader who swallowed a mouthful of Adderall on game night!
Here is KT McFarland appearing on a May 2012 episode of the Hannity Show on FOX. Listen to her discuss her personal position on torture:
So, according to KT McFarland, waterboarding isn’t torture, it doesn’t matter if it is torture because torture works, and if torture works even if it is torture, it’s probably worth doing.
Sounds like we need to get ready for the George W. Bush years all over again…
That woman right there is scary as Hell.
So that, in a nutshell, is who KT McFarland is — A staunch advocate for government clampdown on whistleblowers to the harshest extent of the law in the interest of national security under which anything could likely be justified including not just waterboarding but straight up torture … and, in her own words, a staunch defender of “global world order.”
And now thanks to Donald Trump, in a few months she’ll be our new Deputy National Security Advisor.
